I am terribly sorry that I haven't written in so long...it's just I've been having so much fun over here in jolly old England that I haven't found much time to write. I've been traveling quite a lot and...well....frankly....my macbook is quite heavy to bring along. So these next few blogs will be a catch up on my last few travel adventures.
At the beginning of February some friends and myself loaded up and decided to take a bus journey to Edinburgh, Scotland. We took the megabus! I found this almost laughable because before I left the states...I traveled to NYC and D.C. by megabus. Megabus and I seem to becoming close friends. It's definitely not a luxurious wat to travel but it sure is cheap! So it took us about nine hours to get to Scotland by bus. Lauren and I arrived at 7am in Edinburgh. We were just in time to see the sun rise in the city center! Oh it was lovely! I don't think I've ever felt so amazing. I could just feel God whispering through his beauty of this vast world he created...reminding me how blessed I am. I felt invincible. As we were walking...we saw the city arise from it's sleepiness Shops began to open and people slowly began to stir about. What a perfect morning....and I was so happy to get to share it with one of my new best friends, Lauren. I had such a lovely time with all of the girls I went with. They were so much fun!
Scotland was marvelous. I can't even express to you in words how much I loved this city. I think Edinburgh is one of my favorite places I've ever visited, and I would absolutely love to go back. My really wonderful friend Lindsey made a video of our trip so instead of reading all about it....I think you just just take a peak at the good times we had...and maybe it will make you want to visit some day too!
